“This establishment makes a strong impression with its attentiveness, especially noted by the staff's grace during a late-night reservation issue. The complimentary shuttle and proximity to the university and downtown are significant conveniences, even when navigating local construction. While rooms are generally comfortable and the property well-maintained, a recurring musty odor and the unexpected parking fee were noted drawbacks, tempering an otherwise solid experience.”
